1.¡¡Investment Objective
To achieve the NAV of the Fund above the Income-growth-line (risk management line ¨C RML) and maximize the excess return by flexible asset allocation and investing in highly liquid under-valued securities. RML is a non-negative increasing value line that starts with a (¡Ü1) for the base period and will be adjusted every half year according to NAV accumulation.

2.¡¡Investment strategy
The investment strategy of the Fund is divided into three levels. The first level: by employing the Constant Proportional Portfolio Insurance Strategy (CPPI) and seizing market opportunities, determine and adjust the asset allocation proportion between bonds and equities, reduce the systematic risks, to ensure the achievement of the investment objective. The second level: adopting the Top-Down approach, with duration management as core strategy, realize dynamic bond investment management through entire asset allocation, asset allocation on categories and individual bonds, to maintain the NAV above RML. The third level: proactive and careful selection of individual securities and creation of a diversified equities portfolio, so as to control unsystematic risks and to fully get return from the rise of stock market.

3.¡¡Investment Instrument and Asset Allocation Range
In accordance with the Securities Investment Funds Law of the People¡¯s Republic of China, the Fund Contract of Fortis Haitong Income Growth Securities Investment Fund and the latest Prospectus of Fortis Haitong Income Growth Securities Investment Fund, the Fund should invest in shares and bonds legally issued and traded within the People¡¯s Republic of China (¡°the PRC¡±) and other financial instruments authorised by the CSRC.
Under normal market conditions, the target asset allocation of the Fund is 0%-80% in stocks, 20%-100% in bonds, 0%-3% in warrants and no less than 5% in cash or government bonds with maturity within one year.
